This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders and works hand in hand with our breakfast restaurant, Andaz Farmers Table. The Barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests.Celebrate the indigenous ingredients and flavors of the Napa Valley at the restaurants, bar, and lounge at Andaz Napa. Enjoy artisanal breakfast at Andaz Farmers Table, our wood-accented communal gathering spot. Gather for great conversation and handcrafted cocktails in the cozy confines of Mercantile Social and Terrace, our outdoor lounge with crackling firepits and cabanas.Andaz Farmers Table- Start your morning with a farm-fresh breakfast served in rustic setting. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be available between 5:30am-2:00pm.
