Job DescriptionJob Title:- Vendor Management Coordinator
- Core Vendor Management Office is supporting ad hoc projects and vendor engagements. These resources will be assisting the team on contract execution, on-boarding support, triaging incoming requests and any PO support.
- Contract Management
- Collect and review contracts and organize them into structured data.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect necessary data points for contract renewals
- Manage the end-to-end legal process with stakeholders, suppliers and Google LTMs
- Onboarding Support
- Support on vendor on-boarding and issue resolutions
- PO Support
- Assist on PO creation for new contracts
- Support for adhoc vendor requests & projects
- Contract Management / Onboarding Support / PO Support
- Contract Negotiations & Management
- PO/Invoice Management
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 yrs of experience in handling commercial contracts
- 3 years of experience in customer support or consumer-focused environments.
- Native English with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and instructions.
- Basic technological literacy and ability to learn new technological concepts quickly with little guidance.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Organized, time management skills and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with Google products and environment
