• Vendor Management Coordinator

• Core Vendor Management Office is supporting ad hoc projects and vendor engagements. These resources will be assisting the team on contract execution, on-boarding support, triaging incoming requests and any PO support.

• Contract Management
• Collect and review contracts and organize them into structured data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect necessary data points for contract renewals
• Manage the end-to-end legal process with stakeholders, suppliers and Google LTMs
• Onboarding Support
• Support on vendor on-boarding and issue resolutions
• PO Support
• Assist on PO creation for new contracts

• Support for adhoc vendor requests & projects
• Contract Management / Onboarding Support / PO Support

• Contract Negotiations & Management
• PO/Invoice Management
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 yrs of experience in handling commercial contracts
• 3 years of experience in customer support or consumer-focused environments.
• Native English with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and instructions.
• Basic technological literacy and ability to learn new technological concepts quickly with little guidance.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized, time management skills and prioritization skills.

• Familiarity with Google products and environment
