The Employee Badging Specialist is a front facing customer service representative who is part of a local Union.Responsibilities
Ensure that visitors and employees are processed without any undue delays in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or as may be established by supervisors.
Must be able to work as a team with other employees in the area.
As a critical position may be required to change schedule to fit the needs of the contract
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Two years of security, administrative, secretarial and/or badging experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start.
Must be able to complete all Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM), NASA LENEL Identity Management System, and IdMAX and related training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Preferred knowledge of and understanding of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
