Accounting Clerk

Description We are on the search for an Accounting Associate to join our team based in Mountain View, California. As an Accounting Associate, your focus will be on managing Accounts Payable, billing and data entry tasks, as well as performing reconciliation functions. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes in the industry.Responsibilities: Manage and process Accounts Payable invoices Oversee billing operations and ensure accuracy Perform data entry tasks related to accounting processes Conduct regular account reconciliations Track income and expenses on a quarterly and annual basis for accurate return preparations Work collaboratively with team members to communicate accounting information across different departments Monitor and manage customer credit applications and records Take appropriate actions on customer accounts when necessary Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP effectively Employ skills in Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.Requirements Demonstrable experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and updated in the system. Ability to handle Invoice Processing, verifying details and ensuring prompt and accurate payment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing financial data, creating reports and performing financial analysis.
