NOC Manager

Oversee and manage offshore NOC and platform operations for exciting startup that is offering fiber-grade internet service utilizing mmWave technology. You will manage scrum and debriefs of NOC operations.

Required:

- 5 yrs experience of working in and leading a NOC function

- Specific experience with NOCs monitoring wireless networks, ideally with good knowledge of WiFi/Ethernet type systems

- Experience with incident management systems, including setting them up and managing them (e.g. OpsGenie, PagerDuty, etc)

- Experience with managing offshore teams, training, managing rotations etc

- Experience interacting with customers (B2B), partner notifications, handling support tickets and general comms

Desired:

- Prior experience working in the NOC of an ISP would be ideal. Really need to understand basics of wireless, like WiFi, just so they roughly understand what can go wrong and how to quickly triage and then mitigate/escalate.
