Ensure correspondence being worked is labeled and dispositioned to the appropriate area for prompt and error free handling
Write response letters to customers/third parties in an error-free, professional and courteous manner, including providing copies of requested documents
Verify all Federal and State requirements are adhered to- including CFPB/RESPA to include: system-generated acknowledgment/extension and resolution letters are mailed in accordance with RESPA time frames
Identify and escalate breakdowns and provide suggestions to improve overall customer experience, reduce repeats, suggest process efficiencies and improve service levels
Meet productivity, quality and SLA standards
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Thorough knowledge of RESPA/CFPB as it pertains to notice of error and information requests
Strong customer service background
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Proficient in multiple functions within Research and Correspondence
