We are seeking a reliable and motivated cannabis delivery driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely, professional, and compliant manner. As a delivery driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and representing our brand positively in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers at their specified locations
-Ensure all deliveries comply with California state cannabis regulations
-Verify customer identification and accurately process payments at the point of delivery
-Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
-Handle products with care to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition
-Follow all company policies and procedures
-Report any issues or discrepancies to the dispatch team or management
-Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained
-Collect and report cash/check payments
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 21 years of age (in accordance with California state law)
-Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record
-Experience in delivery driving, preferably within the cannabis industry, is a plus
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Must be able to pass background check
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Additional Requirements:
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
-Must have a reliable smartphone with GPS and the ability to use delivery apps
