We are looking for self-motivated individuals that are capable of working independently AND as a team. Ideal candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work extended hours to complete the job on a daily basis. This is a 7 day a week operation you may be required to work Saturday and Sunday with week days off. Candidates will be employed as a parcel delivery driver for a FedEx Service Provider, NOT as an employee of FedEx. At this time we are looking to fill permanent FULL TIME positions. Working out of the Watsonville terminal. Six day work weeks will be required at times.
Must be 21 years of age and possess a class C California Drivers License.
Must speak conversational English.
Will Train the right persons WITH OUT EXPERIENCE.
You will need to pass a background check as well as a DOT physical(unless you possess a current DOT Med. card)
You will need to submit to and pass a controlled substance and/or alcohol screening. You will also be a part of an on-going random drug testing policy. YOU MUST BE DRUG FREE Including Marijuana
