Property Care Taker

We are looking for a person or Couple who can take care and manage a property in Carmel Valley Village. The property will need housekeeping services for a VRBO, Full yard maintenance and occasional home repairs. The arrangement would be for reduced rent for services rendered. The house is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom with a yard. Very private and new construction. The pay rate is 30.00 for services rendered which will deduct from a fair rental rate of 2750.00 per month. Utilities are metered separately and may be billed based on use. The property is 5 acres with 1 acre manicured. Skilled housekeeping and Landscaping is desired. NO PETS, NO SMOKING / VAPING or DRUGS. Meeting in Monterey will occur prior to a site visit to see the property.
