CARSTAR Roberts Collision is looking for a full time detail orientated parts associate.
As an associate in the parts department you will have the opportunity to perform parts searches using various software platforms. Track shipping and receiving. Process returns and invoices. As well as; communicate effectively with vendors, estimators, technicians, and managers.
Managing the parts department: make sure the parts department is clean and organized at all times. All paperwork and returns processed daily. Keep inventory of shop supplies and machinery. And always keep document via notes and scans.
The right candidate needs at least two years of experience in an inventory type setting, be highly self-motivated, work well under pressure, and have the ability to problem solve. Some knowledge of CCC One software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
This is a full time parts associate position Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Compensation is determined based on experience. Medical and Vacation Benefits are available.
