M-F, 8-4pm, FT position, benefits. Floor covering, electrical, and/or plumbing experience a plus.
Be part of a great crew servicing the needs of an established well-managed, 223-home rental community. You have 4+ years’ experience with some or several aspects of the trades. We provide specialized tools, uniform and vehicle.
Valid CA DL, papers & references required. Beginning pay $27-29/HR. After probationary period, benefits incl health, holidays, vacation, 401K.
