We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fire alarm systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in commercial and residential properties
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and failures
- Prepare detailed reports on system status and repairs
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with local codes and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician
- Knowledge of NFPA 72 codes and local fire alarm regulations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid [CA] driver’s license
- Alarm Technician certification or equivalent
