Who are we looking for?

The person we are seeking has a solid background in home-building and can manage jobsites with multiple employees, subcontractors, etc. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is ready to hone their skills and grow with an established company that does construction differently. This person looks for opportunities to lead positively and cares about all the details.

Technical Skills

Extensive knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.

Ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, etc.

Proficiency in working with Bluebeam, Fieldwire, Google Suite applications, and AutoCAD.

Strong grasp of project phases, timelines, and resource allocation.

Leadership & Management Skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Personnel management.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to self-reflect and learn from mistakes.

Detail-oriented.

Adaptable to different teaching methods.

Extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of carpentry.

Ability to train and mentor team members to develop a well-rounded crew.
