Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Expert Craftsmanship: Measure, cut, and assemble wood and materials for walls, floors, roofs, and stairs.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve framing challenges for structural accuracy.
Tool Mastery: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and team members for timely project completion.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in residential framing or carpentry.
Strong knowledge of framing techniques, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
Physical strength and stamina for demanding tasks.
A positive, respectful attitude with clients and team members.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
