All 10 min breaks are paid. Up to two weeks paid PTO a year. Opportunity for year end bonus. This is an advanced skill level position in a high end salon. Huge opportunity being there is nearly no competition among other stylists. Salon is 5 star rated with a great reputation. Organic ammonia free chemicals. All product, towels, housekeeping, receptionist, advertising included as well as tools. All you need is your scissors. Must have confidence, a great poker face, enjoy socializing and willing to take criticism as this is a very demanding high performance salon. Salon culture is conservative dress code, drug and smoke free.
