Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital interactions

Manage customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency

Support day-to-day operations including policy changes, billing questions, and claims assistance

Uphold compliance and confidentiality standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation in our agency management system

Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance benchmarks

Participate in ongoing training and coaching for personal and professional development

Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to drive business growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Ambitious with a desire to grow within the insurance industry

A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision

Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)

Coachable and receptive to feedback

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics

Strong communicator — both written and verbal

Fast learner who can adapt to changing processes and systems

Computer literate — comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and digital tools

Good listener with strong empathy and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed in Personal lines Auto, Property Casualty or Life and Health Insurance

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office environments

Interest in obtaining a property & casualty or life & health insurance license (training support available)

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
