IEH Laboratories, a leader in food safety, is now accepting applications for the Field Service Technician position at its facility in Salinas, CA.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Field technicians must consistently exercise their discretion and independent judgment to complete a wide variety of tasks.
These tasks include:
Professional driving
Collecting samples from customer or customers required locations
Aseptic sampling
Using proper sampling and preservation techniques
Transporting samples according to acceptable procedures
Recording data and filling out report forms
Maintaining adequate stock of supplies in vehicle
Ability to perform emergency vehicle repairs such as fixing flats
Keeping up with vehicle maintenance and washing
Presenting a clean image with a polite, courteous attitude to the client
Complying all safety and GMP regulations when on client's facility
Other duties as assigned
Must have a valid CA Class C driver's license with a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Full-time employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period.
