The Closet Shopper is Hiring! We are a busy Buy, Sell, Trade women's boutique in Capitola, located along 41st Avenue. We are searching for our next team member to join our fast paced retail setting. We are looking for SERIOUS candidates only, and must meet the following criteria:
Long term (nothing temporary), an interest in fashion and women's accessories/brands etc., quick learner, great customer service skills, ability to multi-task, comfortable working alone, experience merchandising, and a team player. The position is retail based and includes the following: helping customers, merchandising, cleaning, displays, and possibly learning to be a clothing buyer.
Our boutique is very fun and has great energy, we work well as a team and need one more person to grow with our business. We are NOT looking for short term, or to be used as a stepping stone while in transition, PLEASE only apply if serious about joining our team long term:)
This position is Part Time with approximately 20-30 hours per week. Long term weekend availability is a MUST. There is room to grow with the position and we look forward to meeting you with.
