We are in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea Offering fine rugs to the beautiful homes here.
Position: General laborer
Hours: Start part time but will move up if your the right fit for our company.
About us: We have 4 stores here in Carmel including rug store, furniture store, and a Christmas store.
Responsibilities:
-Keep work area clean by bagging trash and breaking down boxes to load in our sprinter van.
-Help show rugs to any customers interested, rugs can weigh up to 200lbs but you will have help.
-Help deliver rugs to customers homes, on call necessary for customers further away in California.
-Help deliver furniture to homes nearby.
-Dressing appropriately for higher end clients. (no shirts with designs)
-Learn to operate registers and know inventory organization.
-Comfortable with talking to customers in small gift store.
