Currently seeking an assistant to the on-site Resident Manager with the operations of a multifamily apartment complex with 60+ units. Employee will work directly with the on-site Resident Manager responding to tenant needs, maintenance requests, and special tasks as needed.
Assistant Resident Manager Duties and Expectations:
- Clean both laundry rooms daily
- Pick up trash around the property
- Breakdown cardboard boxes
- Post notices
- Help Resident Manager with any tenant related problems
- Enforce apartment rules
- Check status of maintenance on vacant units
- Showing vacancies
- Help with property emergencies
- Helping Resident Manager with any other tasks
