We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Probate Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate in probate and estate litigation. As a Probate Litigation Attorney, you will work on will contests, trust disputes, and other non litigation probate matters. This is an excellent role for someone eager to learn and grow in a specialized area of law.
Compensation:
$100 / hr
Responsibilities:Handling probate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.
Conduct legal research on probate law, wills, trusts, and estate planning issues.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests.
Review and analyze estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, to help build cases.
Prepare case summaries and trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.
Client meetings, communicating legal advice.
Keep up-to-date with developments in probate and trust law to enhance case strategies.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California
Minimum 2 years of experience in probate litigation, estate planning, or a related field Strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while learning from senior attorneys.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Interest in developing a long-term career in probate and estate litigation.
