Small, busy office seeking part-time (24 hours/week) administrative help. Duties include:
-Answering phones
-Creating files
-Organizing documents
-Scanning
-Creating Invoices
-Keeping office calendar
-Tracking expenses
-Some basic Court filings and calendaring.
Must be professional on the phone, computer and internet literate, organized, professionally dressed, punctual and very familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF. Ideally, hours worked are Mon-Thursday from 11-5. Position starts as soon as possible.
