MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Immediate opening for PART-TIME AND/OR FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position. The ideal candidates must have a clean and professional appearance, friendly and able to get along with other employees, speak FLUENT ENGLISH is REQUIRED. A minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience of hotel or apartment complex is REQUIRED, dependable and able to manage and prioritize assignments, able to pull, push or lift items up to 100 lbs. The hours for this position are: 9:30am to 6pm on weekdays, 10am to 6:30pm on weekends, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED. CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities and duties are but not limited to:
Pool maintenance, gardening, maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, caulking showers, toilets, tubs, minor plumbing, painting, repair broken furniture, windows, doors, etc., installing and programming electronic locks, tv programming, put away supplies in the storage rooms, installing or assembling appliances, furniture, etc., perform preventative maintenance in rooms as assigned and other miscellaneous assignments.
