Work with and help to supervise garden and grounds staff. Perform daily tasks around property and in main house as requested, this could include taking out trash and lite kitchen clean up. Keep an eye out for welfare of property owner and occasionally give assistance if asked. Minor repairs to property as needed. Learn to maintain and use fire equipment. Assist with maintenance of water system.
Qualifications – Must be proficient in making minor household repairs, use of iphone, and somewhat technically minded, with good communication skills, compassionate and caring towards property owner and fellow workers. Need to be flexible, have the ability to work independently, with attention to details, and be able to problem solve and think outside the box.
