Are you a passionate, hardworking individual with a green thumb? We're seeking a dedicated Landscaping Groundskeeper to join our team in beautiful Carmel, CA on a 50-acre private estate.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and landscapes
Perform various landscaping tasks, such as planting, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
Operate power equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Water plants and maintain irrigation systems
Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas
Assist with landscape design and installation projects
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping or grounds keeping
Physical fitness and ability to lift 40 pounds
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Valid driver's license
