Lead a landscape maintenance 4-man crew. Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, proper pruning techniques, good customer relations, experience using power equipment, and general horticultural practices a must. Minimum 2 years experience for a professional gardening service required. Must have a clean California driver's license. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7-3:30. Our yard is located in Scotts Valley.
