Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize workspaces, including hydroponic grow areas, equipment, and common areas.
Dispose of waste materials and ensure recycling processes are followed.
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to prevent slipping hazards.
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for tools, trays, and storage areas.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a hygienic environment for plant growth.
Qualifications:
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Comfortable working in a humid environment and around plants.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
