We are looking for a Facilities Manager that likes to get their hands dirty alongside managing a hard-working team in overall day-to-day maintenance and safe operation of all SPCA vehicles, buildings, and grounds, including but not limited to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, water and sewer systems, landscaping, road and fire road maintenance, etc. Procures, evaluates, and makes recommendations related to competitive bids and proposals from outside vendors to perform maintenance-related services that can’t be economically performed in-house. Coordinates all repairs as needed. Ideal candidate will be a dependable self-starter, with strong organizational skills, 3-5 years experience in intermediate maintenance, 2+ years of Management experience and the ability to learn new duties. Must , as driving is part of this position. Starting rate for this unique position is $75k - $85k/year DOE
