Position: Local Flatbed Driver
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Location: Salinas, CA

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Local Flatbed Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a smaller flatbed truck on local routes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Operate a flatbed truck on assigned local routes
Keep route paperwork and BOLs well-organized and up-to-date
Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively
Work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Basic computer literacy (for digital forms, email, etc.)
Positive and professional attitude
