We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Professional to join TPO, The HR Experts, a leading provider of comprehensive human resource solutions to small- and medium-sized employers on CA's Central Coast and beyond. Our external consulting includes regulatory compliance, employee relations, training, policy and procedures, performance management, investigations, change management, and other relevant HR activities. The position includes business development and SPHR or SHRM-SCP required (within 6 months post-hire) with PHRca preferred. Bilingual/Cultural Spanish a plus.
