California Seltzer Company is seeking to add a leader to our team. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our FOH operations with a budding team. We are an authentic, full-service restaurant that prides itself on the quality of our hospitality and food. We expect this position to work together with the owners to ensure goals, service standards and sanitation expectations are exceeded on every shift.
Minimum Requirements:
-1-3yrs in a management or supervisory role within a full or quick service restaurant with sales in excess of $2M
-Demonstrated ability to set goals and manage performance of team, staff and company expectations
-Demonstrated ability to manage cost inputs of operations
-Special event experience
The position includes:
-Competitive Hourly Rate based on yearly compensation
- Quarterly Bonus Incentives
-Vacation accrual up to two weeks/year

-FOH Schedules
-Labor management: goal setting, execution and staffing
-Team Building through incentives, contests and positive reinforcement/criticism
-Goal Setting for FOH staff and management members
-Involvement with BOH operations, food cost and sanitation
- Ability to be the point person for onsite events and assist with set up, manage guests requests, and breakdown
