We are searching for someone who can deliver world-class hospitality in a historic, luxury chateau setting. As a key member of the Rooms department, this position provides personalized hospitality to estate guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
This is a part-time, in-person position with flexible scheduling and required coverage on evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and check in guests with warmth and polish
- Answer phones in a professional, confident manner
- Assist with light breakfast preparation
- Handle guest requests and anticipate needs with creativity and care
- Solve problems quickly and gracefully
- Keep the Chateau spotless and pristine at all times
- Work independently while maintaining the highest standards
