Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our establishment, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering personalized experiences and maintaining the unique character and charm of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments, including but not limited to front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, inspiring and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and maintenance of facilities.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, maximize revenue, and control costs.

Monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain effective communication channels with owner, management, and staff, providing regular updates on performance, goals, and objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing personnel to develop and execute strategies to attract new guests, increase occupancy, and enhance the property's reputation and brand presence.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Sound understanding in business and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed decisions to maximize profitability.
