Position: Front of House (available immediately)
Includes: Server, Host, Back Server, Back Bar (depending on experience)
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 2:30pm to close (usually between 10 and 11pm)
Key Responsibilities:
-Providing attentive, gracious, and professional guest service
-Maintaining a polished and welcoming dining room environment
-Supporting seamless communication between kitchen and dining room
-Guiding guests through the menu and beverage offerings with confidence and care
-Handling tableside service, including pacing and course delivery
-Opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties as assigned
Compensation:
- $25 to $30 per hour (depending on experience) + TIPS, daily family meal, employee discount
- Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days
- 401k match up to $1,500 per year
Qualifications:
- Valid food handler card
- Valid RBS certification
- 2 years experience in fine dining restaurants (preferred)
