Position Available: Prep Cook
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, daytime (flexible hours)
Expectations:
-prep items to exact standards
-label, date, initial all prepped items (FIFO)
-maintain dish station
-keep station and kitchen clean
-strong communication skills (se habla español)
Compensation:
$25 per hour, daily family meal, employee discount
Qualifications:
-Valid food handler card
-Minimum 2 years professional cooking (fine dining experience preferred)
