“Refuge” is America’s first Co-Ed Hydrothermal Outdoor Relaxation Spa sitting on two acres adjacent to Carmel Valley Athletic Club. It uses hydrothermal cycles commonly used in Europe and Japan. This facility is one of the finest in the world. Refuge offers admission to the pools and relaxations area, and we offer Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue Massages.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Checking in members and guests while providing a high-level of service.
· Overseeing the facility and assuring high-level of comfort and cleanliness.
· Light housekeeping around the facility and grounds.
· Supplying information and helping members and guests.
· Brewing coffees and upkeep of the complimentary coffee/tea station.
· Answering calls, reservations/booking services and ringing up merchandise items.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Seeking positive team member, warm, outgoing personality and people oriented.
· Professional demeanor, ethical behavior and excellent interpersonal skills with guest and team members.
· Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
· Flexible and able to multi-task without becoming overwhelmed.
· Flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
· Ability to work at times independently without direct supervision and following all club procedures and policies.
· Self-starter, ability to follow though on assigned tasks and demonstrate initiative.
EXPERIENCE
· Must have previous customer services experience within a hospitality setting.
