We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders for catering events when applicable.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations while serving drinks in a fine dining environment.
Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
