Acme Coffee Roasting is looking for a Barista to join our small coffee family.
Experience in the field is a major plus but not required. We will train to our company standards.
We are looking for someone who:
- LOVES COFFEE!
- is self-motivated
- is a morning person
- loves to craft from scratch with integrity
- can provide warm and friendly customer service
- can work 25-32 hrs weekly
- has open availability from Monday - Saturday (7-3:30pm)
(Saturdays a must)
- wants to learn and grow in an intentionally small company
- has excellent communication and memorization skills
- can handle a fast-paced environment in a small space
- is willing to work kindly with coworkers
- can take direction and constructive criticism
- is dependable and likes to come to work
- can lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- has an excellent driving record
- can commit to a minimum of 1 year
There is room to grow in our company and we are looking for someone who wants to expand their coffee knowledge and grow in a small community. We know most of our customers by name & drink, we want someone who wants to know the community in this way. We love to get to know our regulars and contribute positively to their days.
