Shadowbrook Restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and organized
Event Coordinator to oversee private dining events, corporate gatherings, and
special occasions. This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong
communication skills, and the ability to create seamless and memorable
experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate private dining experiences, special
events, and corporate functions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling
inquiries, bookings, and event details.
Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure
flawless execution of events.
Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements and
AV needs.
Ensure all events align with the restaurant’s high standards
of hospitality and service.
Oversee event setup and ensuring all client expectations are
met.
Develop relationships with clients to drive repeat business
and referrals.
Assist in promoting event services to increase bookings and
revenue.
Handle any last-minute adjustments and problem-solving on
the day of the event.
Requirements:
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or
restaurant industry.
Knowledge of fine dining service standards and private event
operations.
Must be proficient with Word and Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends.
Ability to upsell catering packages and enhancements to
maximize event revenue
