Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist the team in daily operations including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales by promoting products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operations
- Oversee inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with ordering more inventory as needed
- Implement training programs for staff development
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management or wireless sales is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to sell, manage, and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in shift management and restaurant operations
- Training development experience is desirable
