Position: Part-Time Office Assistant– Design & Construction Firm (Carmel, CA)
We are looking for a go-getter, team player to assist with administrative, and construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, on time, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Administrative Support:
Data entry, document management, and office organization
Handling mail, deposits, and office inventory
Assisting with general scheduling and appointment coordination
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintaining office supplies and ordering materials when necessary
Handling client inquiries and providing customer service support
Assisting with project tracking and maintaining office filing systems
Drafting & Construction Support:
Preparing and submitting plans to the planning and building departments
Research project specifications and coordinating with consultants
Tracking budgets and material orders
Marketing Support
Assisting with social media content and updates
Maintaining marketing materials and outreach campaigns
Supporting email communications, newsletters, and website updates
Helping to grow company visibility and brand presence
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in design, construction, or administration is a plus
Location: Carmel, CA Hours: Part-time only (Monday–Friday) Benefits: Sick pay included Pay: Based on experience
