Do you speak “Gen Z”? Can you meet teens where they are while inspiring them to grow into who they want to be? We’re seeking a Teen Facilitator & Mentor to guide our middle and high school youth on their journey of self-discovery.
When: Sundays, 10:30 am – 12:20 pm
(with some additional hours for prep and special events)
What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor our Teens & Tweens group as they explore our Coming of Age curriculum.
Create a safe, welcoming, and energizing space for young people to think deeply about their values, beliefs, and place in the world.
Balance being both relatable and professional—someone youth can trust and look up to.
Collaborate with our Family Ministry team (paid training and weekly team meetings provided).
Who you are:
Experienced in connecting with youth—especially teens and tweens.
Able to communicate across generations with empathy, respect, and humor.
An encouraging guide who can spark curiosity, conversation, and community.
Responsible and professional (must pass background check and fingerprinting).
