The Night Sampler/Dispatcher position is Full Time and Temp to Hire, with the schedule to be determined upon hire (the hours will vary, and applicants must be flexible with availability). Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and dispatch incoming phone calls
Customer service
Process incoming samples
Data entry
Schedule and dispatch samplers
On-call during shift to retrieve samples from various locations
Sampling (Water, Field and Facility)
Assist other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable
Ability to multi-task and properly prioritize tasks
Exceptional customer service and phone skills
Ability to properly communicate through both written and oral correspondence
Proficient with computers
Quick learner
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Type 35+ words per minute
Excellent work ethic
