We are looking to hire a responsible and experienced Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Assistant. The person we are seeking has a solid background in customer service, warehouse processes, and order fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious and eager to learn new skills and become a part of the outdoor industry.

Skills & Expectations
Be a nice human that plays well with others.
Able to lift and move products up to 80lbs.
Able to assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or customer pickup.
Knowledge about online eCommerce platforms to fulfill orders and make website updates using Shopify.
Experience in delivering excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and online.
Be a fun team-player who can help with other duties as needed.
Interest in outdoor hobbies is a plus!
