Position: Intern / Part-Time Assistant – Coworking Space Operations

About the Role:
We’re looking for a self-driven and motivated individual to support the day-to-day operations of a boutique coworking space in beautiful Carmel, CA. This is an ideal opportunity for a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or management who is looking to gain real-world experience in operations, customer service, and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
Help manage schedules, memberships, and workspace logistics
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of shared areas
Support marketing efforts, including social media posts and promotional campaigns
Assist with events and member engagement activities
Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Provide general support to the owner and help identify ways to improve the space
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and presentable appearance
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Interest in coworking, small business, or hospitality environments
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
