We are a small and friendly accounting firm in Monterey seeking a PART TIME Office Bookkeeper. We provide tax, accounting, and business consulting services to individual and business clients in a casual environment. We focus on continuous improvements, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering timely, high-quality work to our clients.
Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, use of cloud-based systems and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good interpersonal relations with the ability to communicate clearly. This is a part-time position and employee compensation will be based on experience.
Its crucial for applicants to have a very high level of comfort and skill using computers as we are a paperless office. We need applicants that will be able to hit the ground running please look at requirements and responsibilities of the job before applying. Position may become full-time.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel & Word.
Proficient in QuickBooks - Payroll and Bookkeeping
