Universal Staffing is seeking a experienced Bookkeeper to handle all tasks related to bookkeeping. Job duties include:
daily deposits, journal entries, balancing bank and investment statements, prepare payroll reports through ADP, , process monthly invoices, provide audit support to CPA, reconcile credit card statements, assist with answering phones as needed, other duties as assigned.
Must have a bachelors degree in Finance, or Accounting, in depth knowledge of QuickBooks, excellent communication and ability to be overseen by CPA. Must be able to pass fingerprint and background.
Hours are Monday- Friday, 9a-1p.
