About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, extremely strong communicator, with a ‘hunter-killer,’ win-every-time mentality to join our team to achieve the #1 position in our field.
Initially, you will shadow our Head of Revenue, and progressively initiate and close sales, insure client success, and maintain responsibility through the completion of the client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an wicked-smart, organised, aggressive, and client-focused individual to join a rapidly growing, established - but high-growth tech startup.
What You’ll Do
Consult with existing and new clients to solve their problems related to Company Valuation and Cap Table Management; specifically:
- Consult with C-level clients across numerous industries and sizes, and their needs in valuing and managing the equity structure of their private company
- During the initial period, you will train under the Head of Revenue and become an expert in determining and solving the problems of clients in the field of Valuation and Equity Management
- Strategically build and expand your pipeline to meet and exceed targets, employing a variety of tailored tactics and channels based on account strategies
- Navigate the Eqvista Sales Process from initial Contact to Closed/Won, utilizing the Value Framework to qualify deals and review opportunities
- Leverage technical and cross-functional resources effectively to optimize success rates
- Collaborate across departments to advance Eqvista's objectives, fostering positive relationships internally and externally to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, and,
- Build partnerships with other companies to expand our reach and offerings.
What We Look For
- Mental Athletes with a “hunter-killer,” win-every-time mentality who bring a total problem-solving mindset to their role every day
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a deal-closing AE role, demonstrating consistent success
- Experience in sales/account executive role(s)
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions to executive-level stakeholders is preferred
- Independent, self-motivated, responsible and painstakingly diligent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism centered on integrity and exceptional quality client service
- Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration or related fields (preferred)
- References from previous colleagues/employers is a must.
