PART TIME BOOKKEEPER - We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper for our office 10-15 hours a week. Position requires to be on-site on Tuesday’s for Payroll and invoicing, and additional hours on Thursdays or Friday.

Full charge
QuickBooks and Excel
a/p & a/r
collections
weekly reports
tax preparation for accountant
Position will support a small staffing agency with fluctuating weekly payroll and invoicing. Must have excellent customer service skills and very detail oriented. Will provide weekly reports to owner as well as quarterly. Pay: $33-$35 hourly.
