Hours are from 6am-2:30pm with possible overtime and pay rate is 20.00/hr. Overtime on Saturdays.The client manufactures and distributes industrial beverage machines for restaurants, hotels and businesses.Ideal candidate MUST have RECENT experience on Sit Down and Stand Up Reach forklifts, a minimum of 1 year.Responsibilities Include for (Distribution & Stockroom): Operate forklift and hand pallet jack Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company Perform daily precheck inspection of forklift Identify and report safety hazards in the workplace Consolidate partial pallets for incoming/outbound goods Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally Good Communication Skills Maintain cleanliness of workstationResponsibilities (Distribution) Pick, Pack and Stage orders to be shipped Load and unload trucks and containers Ability to operate dock plates Ability to operate shrink and strapping machines Ability to read work instructions and bills of ladingResponsibilities (Stockroom) Consolidate and transfer received inventory into warehouse (aka “putaways”) Responsible for transfer of material to subassembly stations. Sub Assembly parts identification skills Responsible for assisting in material handling to other work centers, as required by Supervisor.
